NOAA Corps Capt. Nancy Hann has assumed command of the NOAA Aircraft Operations Center in Lakeland, Fla. The center is home to the agency’s nine environmental research, reconnaissance and survey aircraft, including the agency’s “hurricane hunter” planes.
