The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) is hosting its IGBC Green Karnataka Summit 2026 at Hotel Shangri-La, Bengaluru on 6 February 2026. With a theme of “Advancing Sustainability Vis-à-vis Climate Resilience in Urban Built Karnataka,” The event focuses on low-carbon, resilient urban development, featuring expert sessions, green construction innovations, and the IGBC Green Crusaders initiative.

Organized in association with NAREDCO Karnataka and IIA Karnataka, the IGBC Green Karnataka Summit provides a platform for stakeholders to discuss actionable pathways for a sustainable built environment. This is where green innovators, industry leaders, policy makers, architects, builders, urban planners, and sustainability champions are expected to come together to shape a greener, climate-resilient future for the state.

Further, the Green Karnataka Summit will witness the launch of the IGBC Green Crusaders initiative that recognizes and celebrates projects that go beyond certification. IGBC’s Green Crusaders movement highlights projects that demonstrate leadership in green building practices, environmental stewardship, and positive influence on communities and ecosystems. Registered green building projects will be honored and felicitated by dignitaries at the Green Karnataka Summit 2026 on 6 February 2026 in Bengaluru.
